I asked Paul to do some extras that were not in the quote and we verbally agreed a price and when it came time to pay Paul’s bill he did not charge me for the extras. I reminded him about this and he said that he had decided not to charge me for those extras – how rare is that! Further, my kitchen fitters messed me around at the last minute and did not start the job on time which resulted in Paul losing a day of work as he had booked my job in and still he did not charge me extra. He is a very amiable person and I just cannot recommend him enough.
